ERP Application Developer - Manager

The Position:

  • Participate in solution design, concept visualization and functional and technical requirements definition and documentation
  • Responsible for defining and implementing the data object model
  • Responsible for the development of user interface forms and business logic
  • Production Support
  • Assists with deployment of custom solutions
  • Applying programming and development skills to build business applications for mid-market clients
  • Applying project management skills to assist in managing multiple development projects
  • Set expectations and adhere to quality standards
  • Includes up to 25% travel, mostly within Texas
  • An average work week of 40-50 hours

The Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • 5-8 years development and technology deployment experience, preferably in a professional consulting services organization
  • Prior experience with Microsoft development tools with emphasis on use of Microsoft .Net technologies
  • Experience in developing integrated solutions for ERP environments, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP/NAV/AX or Sage ERP X3
  • Desire to learn tool sets for various ERP development environments
  • Proficiency with the following technologies: Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, or other reporting tools
  • SQL Server management and administration experience required
  • Prefer MCSD certifications and a Bachelor's degree, or experience/progress toward completion of certification/degree requirements
  • Proven track record with managing multiple task assignments
