ERP Solutions and Delivery - Senior Manager
The Rand Group is rapidly expanding and currently seeking a Senior Manager for their ERP Solutions and Delivery team. This position requires substantial practice-level responsibility and offers significant growth potential with possible advancement to equity in the Firm. We are offering a negotiable relocation package to anyone residing inside the United States.

The Position:
- Substantial client service delivery management and responsibilities
- Design and execute solutions to meet the customer?s specific needs
- Develop an executable project plan with the customer and project team to ensure successful deployments
- Actively manage entire project, including change orders, dependencies, scope creep, and constraints to on-time and on-budget delivery
- Provide excellent on going communications and ensure customer satisfaction
- Applying project management skills to assist in managing multiple resources and development projects
- Set expectations and adhere to quality standards
- Includes up to 25% travel, mostly within Texas
- An average work week of 40-50 hours
The Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills
- 6-8 years experience performing accounting implementations
- 8-10 years total work experience
- BA/BS or MBA in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred with Big Four experience but will consider accounting experience with other firms
- 5+ years professional services experience
- 4 or more full-term implementations to credit, with at least 2 greater than 500 man-hour projects
- Mid-market accounting software implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, GP, AX or Sage ERP X3
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and
- Self-directed with a drive to succeed
- Proven track record with managing multiple task assignments
