Microsoft Dynamics NAV Solution Developer - Manager

The Position:
- Applying business knowledge and subject matter expertise to complex business problems with existing clients
- Provide technical expertise on Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementations
- Works directly with clients as a key part of their service delivery team
- Provide analysis, customizations and integrations which are designed specifically to meet the needs of each individual client
- Offering complete solutions to help mitigate risk, reduce operations costs and enhance revenue streams
- Working directly with functional consultants and key decision makers through the analysis, development, documentations, support and testing of customizations, integrations and reports
- Significant project management responsibilities
- Project team Lead
- Participation in pre-sales activities
- Includes up to 25% travel, mostly within Texas
- An average work week of 40-50 hours
The Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Business (MBA), Accounting (CPA), Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or other related fields
- 5+ years programming for NAV with C/Side, .Net
- SQL Server Database/Reporting, Visual Studio, SRSS
- Programming, development, design, documentation and testing experience
- Experience automating processes and services
- Web Services an asset
- Excellent onsite and telephone client communication skills
- Experience managing pre-sales and implementation efforts with a Microsoft Dynamics NAV practice
- Strong project management experience using PMI Methodology and Microsoft Project
- Innovative consulting skills
- Excellent business acumen combined with strong business and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- An ability to collaborate in a team environment, while also working independently
- Prefer candidates with Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
