Microsoft Dynamics NAV Solution Developer - Manager

The Position:

• Applying business knowledge and subject matter expertise to complex business problems with existing clients
• Provide technical expertise on Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementations
• Works directly with clients as a key part of their service delivery team
• Provide analysis, customizations and integrations which are designed specifically to meet the needs of each individual client
• Offering complete solutions to help mitigate risk, reduce operations costs and enhance revenue streams
• Working directly with functional consultants and key decision makers through the analysis, development, documentations, support and testing of customizations, integrations and reports
• Significant project management responsibilities
• Project team Lead
• Participation in pre-sales activities
• Includes up to 25% travel, mostly within Texas
• An average work week of 40-50 hours

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Business (MBA), Accounting (CPA), Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or other related fields
• 5+ years programming for NAV with C/Side, .Net
• SQL Server Database/Reporting, Visual Studio, SRSS
• Programming, development, design, documentation and testing experience
• Experience automating processes and services
• Web Services an asset
• Excellent onsite and telephone client communication skills
• Experience managing pre-sales and implementation efforts with a Microsoft Dynamics NAV practice
• Strong project management experience using PMI Methodology and Microsoft Project
• Innovative consulting skills
• Excellent business acumen combined with strong business and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• An ability to collaborate in a team environment, while also working independently
• Prefer candidates with Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
