Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Consultant - Senior Associate

The Position:
- Applying business knowledge and subject matter expertise to complex business problems with existing clients
- Offering complete solutions to help mitigate risk, reduce operations costs and enhance revenue streams
- Design client/server infrastructure
- Document and report design
- Develop solid working relationships with clients
- Working directly with key decision makers through requirements gathering, business process reviews, implementations, support and training
- Includes up to 25% travel, mostly within Texas
- An average work week of 40-50 hours
The Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Business (MBA), Accounting (CPA), Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or other related fields
- 2+ years performing full-cycle ERP Implementations using Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Excellent business acumen combined with strong business and problem-solving skills
- Innovative consulting skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- An ability to collaborate in a team environment, while also working independently
- Ideally, experience managing pre-sales and implementation efforts within a Microsoft Dynamics NAV practice
- Must have familiarity with key business process flows and accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP Software for the mid-market, with completion of full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementations within one or more of the following Microsoft Dynamics NAV capabilities -
- Financial Management
- Manufacturing
- Multi-Site and International
- Project Management
- Sales and Marketing
- Service Management
- Prefer candidates with Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or a CPA license
