Heather Harris Vice President

Heather has over fourteen years experience assisting clients with process automation and enterprise resource planning system implementations in the technology, distribution, manufacturing, construction, financial and oil and gas industries. These engagements included developing an overall solution vision, detailed requirements to implement core systems, development specifications for custom reports and workflow automation, and deployment mechanisms to reduce clients’ cost, improve service levels and/or mitigate business risk. Heather’s primary responsibilities for service delivery are system design, business process transformation, change management, project management and client relations. Heather began her career as a property controller in the service industry where she was responsible for operational accounting and trust compliance. Heather has a business degree from Sam Houston State University.
