Hana has eight years of experience in technology consulting and project management in both local and global ERP implementations. Her consulting experience includes needs analysis and evaluation of information systems, business process design and testing, and software development. Implementation services include defining and documenting the company's business requirements, software enhancements, training, and post-production technical support. She has successfully managed global ERP projects using various implementation methodologies and collaborated with other local partners and ISVs. Hana has created project plans for multinational implementations with challenging requirements and several technologies. While at her previous consulting partner, Hana led all Dynamics AX projects in Redmond, WA that Microsoft was implementing internally. These key initiatives included the Microsoft Dynamics ERP Two-Tier Connector for SAP, MBS Order Central Roadmap, and Microsoft Retail Stores projects. Hana has earned her MBA in Technology Management from the University of Washington in Seattle. She is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
