April 1, 2005- Houston, Texas- Accounting Technology Magazine released their 2005 VAR 100 today and Houston based accounting technology firm, The Rand Group has been recognized as the 73rd largest Accounting Technology consulting firm in the US. The VAR 100 is an annual list put together by Accounting Technology Magazine ranking accounting software resellers by revenue. The Rand Group has experienced rapid growth since its acquisition of the technology consulting division of Hein & Associates LLP in 2003. This is the first time the company has been ranked by this publication.
