Ray has been assisting clients with enterprise level software selection and implementation for the past 20 years in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing and distribution, restaurants, professional services, not-for-profit and retail. Ray's expertise revolves around the full system life cycle including business requirements gathering, system strategy, software package selection, application design, customizations, business process change management, implementation and user acceptance. A business owner focused on ERP for the past 12 years, Ray began his career with "Big Six" experience at both Andersen Consulting and Price Waterhouse. Ray has a business degree in finance and real estate from The University of Texas.
