How do you know or measure such proficiency or efficiencies? TRG has developed a premium support offering designed to do just that by providing our clients and
understanding and a roadmap to the future. Through a series of reviews TRG will quickly come to understand you, the client, from a service and support perspective.
Our purpose in offering and providing these services allows for a greater understanding of you and your business systems as they are run today. We have developed simple,
easy to read, dashboard type reports that build a 360 view of your current business systems investment.
What if you only want someone there when you need them? TRG has also developed our standard support offering designed for those clients that just need a single point of
contact to help them through an issue with their business systems and get everything back on track. As a Business Support Services client you still have access to the same
TRG Business Support Services Professionals and you will benefit from the same level of commitment enjoyed by all TRG clients.
Supported Products
TRG supports a wide range of applications and platforms. Most Business Support Services clients find that by using TRG as their front line support they can have a single
point of contact for most of their business systems needs. Our commitment to our clients means that we are always striving to make this service offering the best in the
industry. With that in mind our team of service professionals are constantly being trained on the newest offerings and versions of the applications supported and TRG is
continually adding additional resources and a broader range of skills to our support offering.
TRG also has developed strategic partnerships with application vendors in order to provide a more complete service offering to our Business Support Services clients.
What does that mean for you? If your business system is enhanced with 3rd party offerings, in most cases, we have relationships with those vendors and will be able to assist
you with their assistance. Our goal is to be able to assist you with your issue, not send you to yet another support queue.

Support Plans
All of our plans are available as a ‘pool of dollars’ purchased. This means that as a Business Support Services client you can budget and plan for your Business Support
Services in advance with confidence. These contracts run for a twelve month period, renewable at the same or different service level on your anniversary date.
Should the support needs change, Business Support Services clients have the flexibility to sign up for a different support plan that meets their upcoming needs. Should needs
change mid contract, Business Support Services clients can change their plans, applying any unused contract against the new contract with the new anniversary year.
