TRG is continually adding additional resources and a broader range of skills to our support offering.
What does this mean to you? When you engage TRG as your Business Support Services provider, you have access to all or our TRG Business Support Services Professionals
for our entire Supported Products offering. When TRG adds additional products to our supported offerings Business Support Services clients immediately have support for
those new offerings. This means that the support plan can become more robust and more valuable during the contract year. Business Support Services clients are not
‘locked in’ to just the applications that TRG supported at the beginning of the contract year, but can now use that same support contract for a broader range of
installed products.
How does TRG’s strategic partnerships with application vendors benefit our Business Support Services clients?
Large business systems applications typically will have numerous partner providers that develop industry specific or function specific ‘add on’ to their products.
Many times our clients have one or more of these applications as part of their business system. TRG already has support agreements with many of these providers and will be
able to support your system without sending you to another support queue to resolve your issue.
Prior to Business Support Services clients purchasing a support plan a review of the business system should reveal any additional products that are supported by these
application vendors. If TRG does not already have a relationship with those vendors, we will attempt to establish one. Should that not be possible, as some vendors
prefer to support directly, Business Support Services clients will know this in advance and will know how to get support for that application outside of the support plan.
